YOUR NEW ROLE
Your new role, as Respite Manager, will involve a broad range of
managerial duties including, managing, and creating staff rosters, and
generating all other reports as required. As Respite Manager, you will
initially be responsible for 2 day services, with up to **Apply on the
website** staff, working with a multidisciplinary team or nurses,
psychologists and support staff.
WHAT YOU?LL NEED SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent ad relevant
management experience, creating rosters and managing staff. You will
have a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Social Care, Nursing or a related
field, and desirably a certificate in Management. In addition to this,
you will have demonstrated skills in leading a team, and excellent
time management skills.
