As a Senior Test Engineer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Proven test experience
• Good understanding of Networks, Telecom Protocols, Linux
• Ability to configure network and Linux based servers, i.e. routers or VoIP servers
• Experience running automation test
• Experience in manual and automation testing of JAVA/Rest APIs and HTML Web applications (Selenium)
• Database experience using SQL and/no NoSQL
Desirable:
• Scripting skills using JAVA, Python, Jython
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent
As a Senior Test Engineer your main responsibilities will involve:
• Contribute to the writing of automated script for the test specifications
• Execute automated and manual integration, system and performance tests according to the test specifications. Analyse and report on results obtained
• Configure test beds in support of new functionality and help improve existing test environments
• Liaise with the test team lead to ensure testing is addressed in testing environment
• Interact with Engineering and Support teams to create and maintain a quality product

This role provides the opportunity to specify and configure challenging technical test problems that emulate real world usage scenarios across multi-service IP networks.
