YOU ARE:

An experienced Senior Manager with excellent leadership skills and
management experience. You have the necessary ability to lead and
support teams in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of
person centred residential, respite, short breaks and day care
services. You are solution focused and innovative with a proven track
record in planning, developing and improving services.

WE ARE:

St. Catherine?s Association is a non-profit organisation and a
registered charity funded by the HSE that provides care to individuals
with intellectual and other disabilities. We provide a holistic
service from birth to adulthood including Early Services, Residential
and Respite care, Adult Day Services and a wide range of Clinical

successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team
as a member of multidisciplinary teams and enjoy a high level of
professional support.

JOB ROLE:

* Provide a high standard of safe and quality care to the children,
adults and families we support.
* Effectively and efficiently lead and manage all direct reports
across areas of responsibility, directly and indirectly provide
leadership to a team of over **Apply on the website** staff.
* Drive value improvement initiatives and optimise the cost of
services and develop new services as appropriate.
* Assist in the preparation and management of annual budget. Analyse
variances as they arise and take necessary actions.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of Strategic
Plans for the organisation, including delivery of new service
developments and expansion of existing operations.
* Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders: the
individuals we support, their families, the Board of Directors and
external agencies and departments as appropriate (e.g. HSE, HIQA,
Tusla, etc).
* Liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance with all
regulatory requirements.
* Monitor & analyse key performance indicators and report to CEO in
respect of relevant areas.

REPORTS TO: CEO

ESSENTIAL:

* MASTERS DEGREE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR EQUIVALENT.
* A minimum of two years experience in a Senior Management role
within the disability sector.
* Minimum of 5 years experience within intellectual disability
services.
* A proven track record of achievement.
* Strong understanding of finance and operations.
* Ability to demonstrate leadership and managerial acumen.
* Highly motivated.
* Excellent report writing and communication skills and a strong
technical ability to present work and achievements using a variety of
platforms in a concise manner.

SALARY:

Grade 8 as per the HSE Consolidated Pay Scale.
