PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER - PERMANENT CONTRACT

Cork Simon Community is Cork?s largest homeless charity. Our goal is
to prevent and end homelessness in Cork by helping people to access
affordable housing and, at the same time, supporting people to address
the many challenges and difficulties that may have contributed to them
becoming homeless. Cork Simon believes that everyone should have fair
access to safe, secure and affordable housing.

The Fundraising Department at Cork Simon is working to deliver an
ambitious strategy to ensure future funding to support the
organisation in continuing its essential services. We are now seeking
to recruit for three new roles within the Fundraising Department at
Cork Simon. The successful candidates will be joining a team of highly
experienced fundraisers.

Team members have autonomy to manage their own workload and enjoy
challenging work in a positive environment. At Cork Simon we offer a

opportunities. We offer pension, five weeks annual leave and there is
a time off in lieu system in place.

The new roles include a Partnerships Manager within the Partnerships
Team in the Fundraising Department. The Fundraising Department puts
donors at the heart of everything we do. The Partnerships Team focus
is on developing Partnerships in community and business.

The Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in providing our
partner donors with the best experience possible to enable the
Partnerships Team to meet ambitious income targets. This role would
suit a candidate who is high in initiative and is results focused and
whose key strength lies in building relationships.

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:_

* Develop, maintain, and optimise new and existing partnerships.
* Achieve income targets
* Implement operational plans with team to deliver the Partnerships
element of Fundraising Strategy
* Manage activities and outputs and develop high-quality processes
and structures to deliver optimal partnerships.

_ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:_

* 3 years? experience in Fundraising, Business Development, Account
Management or equivalent
* Track record of achieving targets

_DESIRABLE CRITERIA:_

* 2 years? experience people and performance management
