Key Requirements:
Experience managing a team of freelancers.
Knowledge within online communities.
Costumer focused and driven to deliver the ultimate user experience.
Proficient both in German and English language.
Main tasks:
Building and managing a team of freelancers, in conjunction with business needs.
Responsibility for the localisation of our English trading content for the German market.
Driving the German product and making sure that the company offers the best trading education and community on the market.
Proactively communicating and building a strong rapport with customers to create a highly engaging atmosphere, and making sure customer service excellence is continually maintained.
