Receptionist / Office Administrator
Receptionist / Office Administrator - Healthcare / Medical

Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing quicker with higher accuracy and reliability for results of the highest quality. They are now on the lookout for a personable and friendly Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team. If you are a receptionist or office administrator from a healthcare or medical background with a first class telephone manner, this is a superb opportunity to join a company offering excellent prospects. As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role where no two days are ever the same, from dealing with customer queries and explaining packages, to liaising with the lab and research team regarding prices and booking appointments. You will also contribute to general office admin tasks, such as ordering stationery and clinical supplies, taking messages, as well as accounting duties, such as invoicing, taking responsibility for petty cash and credit control.

Skills Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a receptionist and/or office administrator gained within a healthcare or medical environment. Equally important, as a Receptionist / Office Administrator, are your excellent client-facing skills and an outstanding attention to detail. You will also have a good level of IT literacy, including proficiency using MS packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of using SAP would be beneficial.
