DEPUTY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES MANAGER

REPORTS TO: Community Development Manager
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Operating Officer

our team as a Deputy Residential Services Manager on a fixed term
basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Level 7/8 degree in Social Care
* Possess full clean driving license
* Knowledge of Person-centered Planning
* Excellent report writing and organizational skills
* Good knowledge of HIQA
* Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
* High degree of flexibility in responding to service need
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on own
initiative.
