For?ige is the National Youth Development Organisation, which
promotes and fosters youth development through the operation of
various youth services in urban and rural areas throughout the
country. For?ige is currently recruiting for the following position:

CLUBS PROMOTION AND TRAINING RESOURCE OFFICER

PROJECT SUMMARY

For?ige Futures is funded by the Tomar Foundation. It supports
development of Volunteer-led youth work. It promotes development of
new volunteer-led clubs and also, recruits and trains volunteers as
facilitators of For?ige programmes e.g. Leadership, NFTE, REAL U etc.
It also supports targeted young people to achieve new skills. You will
also be part of and work closely with the Club Support Worker Team of
youth workers who nationally support young people and their volunteers
to engage in volunteer led youth work. This role will promote Foroige
and its programmes to internal and external audiences and recruit and
train volunteers as programme facilitators.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS;

* Education to National Diploma or Degree standard in a relevant area
(E)
* A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferably in
digital communications, digital marketing, visual communications or
social media. (E)
* Experience of multimedia content creation. (E)
* Ability to facilitate the learning process (E)
* Significant experience and understanding of the design and
provision of volunteer training (E)
