NESC Policy Analysts are members of the analytical team within the
Secretariat and are expected to bring their expertise to regular
discussions of the organisation?s full work programme. Policy
Analysts are also expected to prepare briefings on relevant topics for
use by the Director and colleagues in NESC at external engagements.
In addition, Policy Analysts must be able to take responsibility for
individual projects and have the ability to design and manage the
drafting and production of reports.? This may include management of
analytical staff, leading a project team and reporting to the
Director.
