MATERNITY LEAVE COVER FOR EARLY YEARS COORDINATOR
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
* Minimum Level 7 Degree
* 3 years experience managing service (Preferable Community Based
Service)
* Available to work flexible 8 to 6 pm daily(**Apply on the
website** hours per week)
SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL:
* Ensure the children are the centre of all decisions made within the
service
* Operate the day to day running of the service leading a large team
* Ability to deal with situations as they arise
* Carry out the financial, administrative and personal aspects of
the service including the ELC funding schemes in co-operation with
Board of Management and financial administrator
* Formulate, review and implement policies, procedures, risk
assessments and health and safety statements and update as required to
ensure service compliance with the Early Years Regulations
* Establish and maintain relationships with parents/guardians/carers
and the local community
* Liase with external bodies such as Tusla, CCC,
Pobal,HSE,DCEDIY,Dept.of Education and Better Start
* Apply for funding schemes and appropriate supports
* Report to Board of Management

SALARY: Upon application and in line with ERO.
