We are currently recruiting for a?QUALITY & SAFETY SUPPORT
OFFICER.?This role can be based?NATIONALLY.
This is a?SPECIFIED PURPOSE, FULL-TIME?contract.
Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based
residential?rehabilitation services to people with a brain injury in
Ireland. Our mission is to serve, advocate, empower and support people
impacted by brain injury to rebuild their lives.
The?QUALITY & SAFETY SUPPORT OFFICER?will be responsible for
ensuring that Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides services of
exempler quality, which are aligned to the Organisation's Mission,
Vision and Core Values.
ESSENTIAL:
* A relevant third level Qualification
* Experience in a management level role in the ensuring :
* organisational regulatory compliance,
* best practice service delivery
* quality and health and safety standards across an organisation
* Experience managing risk in an organisation
* Knowledge of Quality Systems
DESIRABLE:
* Experience working within the health care sector with an
understanding of disability services
* Experience working in a HIQA regulated environment
* Knowledge of CARF or a similar Quality System
* Understanding and ability to apply professional guidelines to ABII
practices
* Proven record of progress reporting on trends and solutions to a
Senior Management Team
