PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR WITH FIRSTLIGHT

6-MONTH CONTRACT ? WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION

FIRSTLIGHT _? _a long-established, national charity providing
professional crisis intervention and counselling services to parents
and families suddenly bereaved, is seeking to recruit a part-time
Administrator. The position is for a 6-month period, **Apply on the

Reporting to FirstLight?s General Manager, the Administrator will
support FirstLight?s core staff team and interact with
FirstLight?s Register of outsourced therapists.

An empathy with FirstLight?s mission and objectives is essential, as
is a values-driven approach to work based on integrity and service.

FirstLight has adopted a hybrid working model. Details regarding its
practical implementation will be discussed with the shortlisted
candidates.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will be a team player and, while being able
to progress tasks independently, will have the confidence to know when
to seek support and direction. S/he will possess an excellent
telephone manner and be IT literate. A good working knowledge of the
Office **Apply on the website** suite of programmes is essential, in
particular Word and Excel.

Experience in the utilisation of digital marketing tools will be a
distinct advantage.

Prior experience of working in an administration role, including
experience of the provision of administrative support for the
invoicing and payments function, is required.

Good organisational and time keeping skills are essential.

A qualification to a minimum of Level 7 in a relevant discipline is a
necessary requirement.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

* Possess excellent oral, aural and written communication skills and
have experience in interacting successfully with persons from a broad
range of backgrounds.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

* Previous experience of working in the not-for-profit sector.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND REMUNERATION

contract position which may be extended for a longer period.
