TITLE: SOCIAL FINANCE EXECUTIVE - TWO ROLES.

REPORTS TO: Head of Credit or any other person nominated by the Chief
Executive

LOCATED: Within client base on a hybrid working arrangement (**Apply

Role 1 ? Kildare, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Monaghan
Role 2 ? Connacht/Donegal

1. ABOUT CLANN CREDO;

development and social finance organisation with a national remit in
Ireland. Our purpose is to lend social finance to communities to
develop sustainable community projects and services for the benefit of
all. We do this by providing advice, support and social finance to
community groups, social enterprises and charities throughout Ireland.

2. JOB PURPOSE;

This is an excellent opportunity to join the mission-led,
results-driven and client focused Clann Credo team. Joining our
existing Social Finance Executive Team (6), and working closely with
the established Social Finance Executive in the region, the role of
Social Finance Executive is a critical role in the company and focuses
on developing new client relationships, growing a sustainable loan
portfolio that delivers high social impact.

Specifically, the purpose of the Social Finance Executive role is to
deliver results across the strategic plan and to;

* Promote Clann Credo?s mission and products/services,
* Network and engage with communities and groups to appraise
business opportunities from a social and financial perspective,
* Build community group capacity to ensure readiness to borrow,
* Develop new business opportunities in line with annual KPI?s and
business strategy,
* Manage existing relationships and build new relationships,
* Prepare succinct credit reports and present proposals for
evaluation,
* Collate disbursal documentation and filing online,
* Monitor impaired loans and work with client to remedy,
* Participate on marketing team working group,
* Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to the Senior
Management Team.

The role of Social Finance Executive will report to the Head of
Credit. Additional key relationships for the Social Finance Executive
include;

* Disbursals Team
* Risk Advisory Committee
* Clients and Referral Agencies
* Marketing Team
* SFE Team

Social Finance Executive;

support the positioning of Clann Credo in the marketplace and to
secure new business,

the strategic objective of growing a sustainable loan book,

succinctly to deliver an efficient loan underwriting process for

8. PERSON SPECIFICATION;

The selected candidate will demonstrate the technical and core
competencies required for the role and will espouse the Clann Credo
work values and behaviours. The selected candidate will also
demonstrate an understanding of the importance of social finance in
community development.

* Requirements;

* Minimum **Apply on the website** years in a CLIENT FACING role in a
banking/credit/public funds environment,
* Qualification in credit/finance/ business would be advantageous,
* Proven trace record of engaging with client base and/or sme?s,
* Proven track record of delivering new business,
* Proven track record of managing multiple client
accounts/portfolios and/or project management,
* Knowledge of the community and voluntary sector would be
advantageous,
* Full drivers? licence and own transport.

9. SUMMARY OF KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

DURATION OF CONTRACT Full time contract

PROBATIONARY PERIOD 6 months

LOCATION OF POST Within client base on a hybrid working arrangement

outside normal office hours on occasions
An option of a 4 day working week is available

SALARY Commensurate with experience relevant to the role and in the

BONUS An annual discretionary bonus may be awarded subject to
performance

PENSION Available to permanent employees only
