BALLYMUN JOB CENTRE IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR THE POSITION OF ADMIN
& PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER.

Established in **Apply on the website** the Ballymun Job Centre
Co-operative (BJC) is a local community focused, people centred,
placement, career guidance and training organisation.? Based on a
culture of excellence and innovation, the BJC provides a range of
services and programmes supported by local, national and European
organisations.? The BJC is involved in a number of European funded
projects which focus on the development of innovative approaches to
labour market access and we are looking for an Admin & Project Support
Officer who will work with the Management and EU Projects teams on the
development of these projects from planning right through to
completion.

THE MAIN DUTIES THAT THE ADMIN & PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER WILL
UNDERTAKE INCLUDE:

* Provide administrative support to the Management team and EU
Projects staff
* Attend management team and board of management meetings and record
minutes.
* Create reports, presentations, meeting agendas and other
documents.
* Assist in creating and maintaining effective office systems
including data management.
* Provide admin support such as arranging interviews, booking of
rooms and other administrative tasks as agreed with the Manager and
HR/Projects Manager
* Assist the Management Team to carry out the tasks / implement the
actions, as agreed within the project contracts for EU and other
Projects where BJC is a lead or partner
* Provide support to the EU Projects Co-ordinator and meet to agree
a work plan for the EU Projects
* Assist in the project management and administration duties of all
BJC EU projects.
* Attend all EU project team meetings and take and distribute
minutes
* Work with project partners on the implementation of the project
outputs
* Support the project dissemination and social media strategy
* Assist in the organisation of and attend transnational meetings
when needed
* Develop a good working relationship with BJC funders, partners and
other stakeholders
* Assist in the writing of interim and final reports relating to
project activities ?

The ideal person is self-motivated with the capacity to work within a
team. They should have a relevant third level qualification,
experience in a similar role and a good understanding of all social
media platforms. He or she should have excellent inter-personal,
planning, organisational, networking and communication skills. The job
demands a performance-oriented individual who defines targets and
results from both the qualitative and quantitative angle.

This position is offered on an initial one-year fixed term contract.
Garda Vetting will be required on appointment.?
