German speaking VIP Executive - London
• Forming part of the Marketing Retention team, you will report to the VIP & Outbound Team Manager.
• Liaising with customer service, casino, poker, gaming and the sportsbook teams to optimize communications with VIPS across the German market
• Delivering high standard service by responding to and initiating contact with players via phone and email in order to increase their lifetime value
• Undertaking pro-active retention activities, thereby increasing the company revenues
• Building strong relationships with VIPS by creating player profiles, road mapping players and showing acute attention to detail
• Identifying potential VIPs from acquisition and ensure they are managed effectively to maximize player value and reduce risk of churn
• Analysing VIP behaviour/game play in order to optimize operation activities
• Assisting to organize events/gifts for most value VIPs in the German market for the across the company
• Driving reactivation actions contacting churning or lapsed VIPs with appropriate offers
• Report on VIP performance on weekly and monthly basis.

Skills & experience required:

• Fluent English & German required for this role
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Excel skills will be an advantage
• Interest in sports & casino
• Working previously in a similar role or customer service environment will be an advantage
• Analytical in approach and have the ability to prepare reports with an acute attention to detail
• Ability to work as both an individual and in a team environment, being self-propelled
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
