JOB DESCRIPTION

Mirantis is looking for a Program Manager with experience driving
programs within the Customer Success organization that will improve
customer experience to completion. This person will work with multiple
programs spread across multiple teams and departments. Program
management at Mirantis is a fast paced and dynamic role that will
provide candidates with exposure to large fortune **Apply on the

A program management role requires the candidate to be curious and
look for ways to improve CX and efficiencies and bring data to the
conversation to quantify risk and results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Customer first mindset, every program is required to improve our
customer?s experience
* Organize and prioritize programs and activities in accordance with
the mission and goals of the organization.
* Lead the development of new programs to support the strategic
direction of the organization.
* Defining the program governance (controls).
* Lead the development of an evaluation method to assess program
strengths and identify areas for improvement.
* Create and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships to
facilitate results when other teams are engaged.
* Result driven at the required level of intensity to ensure each
program delivers on its intent within it?s time frame.
* Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and
transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
* Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status
throughout its life cycle.
* Analyzing program risks.
* Constantly look for ways we can optimize customer experience and
convert these opportunities into programs to reduce customer churn and
assist in developing the customer journey.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of proven experience in organizing and prioritizing
programs and activities in accordance with the company goals
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* An understanding of the technology Mirantis provides as well as the
market
* Proven ability to work under pressure with multiple objectives
* Proven ability to work effectively across corporate functions
