Project Engineer


Are you an ambitious mechanical or process engineering graduate, interested in working with one of Irelands leading Mechanical Engineering firms, operating in the Pharma, Biotech and Oil & Gas Industries? This is an excellent opportunity for a fast thinking graduate to get excellent hand-on experience on some of the most exciting projects in the country.



Job Title: Graduate Engineer, Tool Install

Location: Kildare



Client Profile:

Our Client supplies carbon & stainless steel systems to both Irish an International clients across a number of sectors including; Pharma, Biotech, Power Generation and Oil & Gas.



Job Description:

Project Management of Site projects including project scoping, cost estimation, scheduling, design, tendering, installation, commissioning and validation

Managing various trades

Plant Walkdowns & Tag Lists

Quality Control

Ensuring the site facilities are maintained in good order

Provide technical support to production and other departments.

Supervise and liaise with external facility contractors.

Work in a proactive manner to improve safety awareness and metrics.

Prepare budgets within the area and control expenditure

Keep up-to-date on technical innovations, advise on same and implement where appropriate.

Play part in continuous improvement



Requirements:

3rd level degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Superior work ethic

Fast learning agility

Ability to process high levels/ volumes of complexity while maintaining high achievement on delivery



Package:

Salary: Euro 30-35K
