Our Centre provides a quality and affordable childcare service to
support parents in the local and surrounding area.
Our Centre is situated on Mellowes Road, Finglas right next door to
the swimming pool and opposite the new Garda station.
We are seeking to employ 2 childcare practitioners to work as part of
our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High Scope qualification (preferable)
* FETAC Level 5 Childcare Qualification (essential)
* Relevant early years? experience in a childcare setting
(preferable)
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES INCLUDE:
* A commitment to provide high quality childcare and education
services.
* Strong communications skills.
* Ability to co-operate within a team.
* Ability to plan and implement an age appropriate curriculum (High
scope) linked to Siolta and Aistear.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* To provide a planned, structured and age appropriate activities for
the children in our service.
* To ensure that the welfare of the children attending the service
is paramount.
* To work as part of a team in the delivery of quality afterschool
care.
* To share the day to day responsibility for children attending the
service, including their physical and developmental care.
