Summary

As a Graduate Lead your main responsibility will be in managing and
driving forth the graduate experience. This entails taking on key
responsibilities within the mentoring and coaching of our graduates,
aligning with local stakeholders, being a Subject Matter Expert within
one of our grad roles, ensuring smooth operation and delivery of
activities and processes, as well as recruitment of future classes of
grads.

The right person for this role enjoys (and has experience) running
virtual teams or programs, or managing others, preferably
early-in-career, diverse talent. If you are someone who brings great

Department

The Success Graduate Program was first launched in September **Apply

experience for diverse graduate talent in our Solution Engineering
(SE) team. It offers continuous development and growth opportunities
centered on comprehensive learning paths, direct involvement in
customer engagements, coaching and mentoring programs, and challenging
career opportunities, all while being part of an international
community. For our program, we seek graduates from all across EMEA,
while being located in Dublin for the program duration.

The EMEA Graduate Program Team is nested in the SE organization, and
while working alongside skilled and experienced individuals within our
immediate team, great emphasis is also on the many cross-functional
teams we partner with, such as Futureforce University Recruiting,
Employee Success (HR), Talent Development, Finance, Strategy & Ops,
and of course EMEA leadership. In other words, great exposure and
access.

TeamThe Success Graduate Program Team is made up by a core team of
Graduate Leads, and Program Director, and is set to expand.

Key Accountabilities (Impact):

This is a constantly evolving program, which presents a multitude of
opportunities to expand and grow your areas of responsibility and
impact, depending on your own aspirations. To begin with, the core
pillars of the role are:

coach for each Graduate, ensuring their continued well-being and
development throughout their first **Apply on the website** months at
Salesforce

Coordinate the progression of graduates through the phases of the
program, ensuring all local graduates meet key milestones

Keep graduates engaged to reduce attrition, by building and nurturing
the graduate cohort Ohana

Deliver active contributions to and sparring with entire Program team,
to foster team spirit, define best practices, and ensure consistency
of experience for all grads in EMEABusiness Alignment (**Apply on the
website**%)Drive communication and act as program advocate to the SE
team you are aligned to, focusing on graduates&#**Apply on the
website**; business impact

Ensure the Graduates are both embedded & supported within their
assigned functional teams, by forming a close working relationship
with the Home Team Managers and overseeing the progression of each
graduate

Build a pipeline of opportunities for Success Graduates to progress
into, with strong ties to the Personal Development Plans of the
graduates expected to fill them.

Act as Program liaison with regional leadership, ensuring a two way
feedback loop, and sparring partner for business line managers in
fiscal year HC planning

Responsible for the successful integration of all North-aligned
graduates into the their long-term teams

around aspects of the SE role

Align with key stakeholders on enablement needs to build required role
competencies

Drive delivery of role specific enablement for own community, across
EMEA population

Provide sparring to business unit leadership on ways of embedding and
driving grads towards attainment of core success metrics

Force University Recruiting representative to on target roles, ideal
profiles, and campus engagement plans

Drive business participation in recruitment activities, and ensure
their proper briefing

Set interview teams, interview candidates, coordinate Success Centers,
and ultimately facilitate the hiring decisions
