YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role, as Head of Operations, will involve a broad range of
managerial duties including, efficiently managing and developing
projects for children and adults, across the spectrum of services in
the organisation, but in particular those with a learning disability,
brain injury, or mental health issues.

WHAT YOU?LL NEED SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent ad relevant
management experience, creating rosters and managing staff. You will
be qualified in Social Work or First Level Nursing as well as a Level
8 degree in Social Care or a related field, and desirably a
certificate in Management. In addition to this, you will have
demonstrated skills in leading a team, and excellent time management
skills.

WHAT YOU?LL GET IN RETURN

In return, you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop
programmes for a Residential Service, with plans for expansion in the
near future. You will be offered a permanent contract, as well as a
