CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS AND PHILANTHROPY MANAGER
BACKGROUND:
Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland?s (AADI) mission is to change the
world for children with autism. Founded in **Apply on the website**,

highly skilled assistance and companion dogs to provide safety to
children in public places or act as a constant support to the child
with autism in their home environment. AADI?s dogs open up a whole
new world of opportunity and possibility for children with autism and
their families.
AADI is now seeking an experienced, proactive Corporate Partnerships
and Philanthropy Manager to join its passionate fundraising team.
THE ROLE:
AADI has experienced substantial growth over the last few years and
the appointment of this position is a strategic decision to support
the organisation in further growing its revenue. The Corporate
Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager will take the lead in
maintaining and further developing income from high value partnerships
- predominantly corporates but also exploring Grants & Major Gifts.
With the support of?the Head of Fundraising and Communications the
Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager will develop a
strategy to increase revenue from high value partnerships and will
provide input into the overall Fundraising and Communications
strategy.
Required key skills and experience include:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the
ability to write compelling cases for support
* Strong networking skills and a proven track record of identify
prospective partners and donors
* Exceptional pitching and presenting skills
* Digitally savvy
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability within a changing
environment
* Confidence working independently and driving projects from
beginning to end
* Experience maintaining a database to coordinate leads and follow
ups
