WITH SHORT-TERM INSURANCE PROCESSES, PROCEDURES AND BUSINESS RULES.
THIS IS DONE OVER AND ABOVE A DIGITAL PLATFORM THAT IS USED TO ONBOARD
AND SERVICE CUSTOMERS ASSISTING CUSTOMERS USING OMNI CHANNELS
(TELEPHONIC, ONLINE CHAT, APP ETC.) MARKETING OF TRACKER FINANCIAL
SERVICES TO BOTH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS HANDLE INBOUND AND MAKE
OUTBOUND CALLS ACCORDING TO CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENTS, WHERE NEEDED
DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS, SERVICE OFFERINGS AND
SYSTEMS / PLATFORMS USED IN ADDITION TO THE DIGITAL PLATFORM,
PROVIDING SOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMERS, WHERE NEEDED, TO HELP CHOOSE THE
RIGHT COVER ALIGNED TO THE CUSTOMER NEEDS (FNA) DEALING WITH CUSTOMER
QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS IN A COMPETENT, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS, PARTNERS AND INTERNAL

CUSTOMER BASE ON POLICY AMENDMENTS, RENEWALS AND CLAIMS ETC., WHERE
NEEDED RETENTION OF TRACKERS EXISTING BUSINESS RENEWAL DISCUSSIONS
WITH CUSTOMERS IN LINE WITH FAIS, WHERE NEEDED PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO
