PROGRAMS ADMINISTRATOR

intervention-preventative, character development workshops for young

every Transition Year student in Ireland with our World Leading Early
Intervention Character Development Program so they are equipped for
the inevitable opportunities and challenges of our complex and
changing world

We are looking for a part time administrator to assist in the day to
day running of our programs department. This is an integral role in
achieving Soar?s mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Co-ordinate all workshop bookings (end to end process)
* Dealing with enquiries from schools and external stakeholders
* Communication with schools through phone and email
* Create and issue invoices, statements and receipts to schools post
workshop
* Co-ordinate Facilitator teams to all workshops -
This will include travel arrangements - off site bookings for the team
for training/overnight stays
* Co-ordinate resources for school workshops as required
* Create and update all records on our CRM as well as frequent
database updating
* Support on key projects and programs throughout the year
* Support the DLP in ensuring Child Protection procedures are
followed and implemented
* Support on Quarterly and annual Impact reporting
* Ensure policy updates are made when necessary
* Assist in event organisation and planning

ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:

* Ideally 3 years? experience gained in a similar role within the
charity/education sector
* Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills including MS office, Database/CRM Management and
Xero accounting
software
* Experience in dealing with Child Protection concerns and following
Child Safety procedures
* Can work independently as well as part of an energetic and dynamic
team
* Must be agile and able to adapt to a growing organisation where
change is expected

* Compassionate and respectful in how you engage with others
internally and externally
