HSE Community Healthcare Organisation Dublin North City and County is
now seeking tenders from interested individuals/organisations to
update the existing local action and implementation plan for
_CONNECTING FOR LIFE_ _SUICIDE PREVENTION ACTION PLAN_ **APPLY ON THE

The Tender process is open to any organisation wishing to collaborate
with the HSE for the development of the updated extended plan, on a
fixed term, specified contract basis.

_TIMEFRAME:_

The consultation process will take place over March-April **Apply on
the website**. Collation and analysis of data and development of a
draft action plan is to take place in May **Apply on the website**.
The draft plan to be available for review by the Resource Officers for
Suicide Prevention 9th June **Apply on the website** and the
Implementation Steering Group **Apply on the website**th June **Apply
on the website** and the final draft of this action plan completed for
publication by **Apply on the website**th of June **Apply on the
website**.

WORK BRIEF:

To update the current local action plan for _CfL_ Dublin North City
and County to develop the **Apply on the website** - **Apply on the
website** action and implementation plan for HSE Community Healthcare
Dublin North City and County. This plan will:

* Be partnership focused;
* Be evidence-informed;
* Enhance current service provision and;
* Be sustainable.

_OBJECTIVES_

* Review the actions and outcomes in _CfL_ DNCC **Apply on the
website** plan with the support and guidance of the Resource Officers
for Suicide Prevention (ROSPs).
* To design a consultation process to inform the action development
for the plan.
* To conduct the consultation.
* To collate and analyse the data from the consultation and other
relevant data sources and utilise this data to identify strengths,
weaknesses and priority areas for action within the context of
existing service levels and aligned with existing local area plans.
* To use this data to formulate updated draft local actions by
aligning priority areas to best practice solutions in consultation
with the ROSPs and other relevant stakeholders. These actions should
be aligned to the current local action plan?s goals and objectives,
the national _CfL_ Implementation Plan **Apply on the website** and be
embedded in international best practice.
* To facilitate planning sessions with stakeholder agencies ? both
HSE and NGO?s to develop draft actions including what organisations
will lead and partner on each action utilising existing implementation
structures.
* To present the updated draft implementation plan to the ROSPs and
the Implementation Steering Group for agreement and sign off.
* To support the development of a communications plan for inclusion
in the updated local area implementation plan for _CfL_ in conjunction
with the ROSPs and the existing Communications Work Stream Group.
* To deliver a final draft of the implementation plan and a write up
of the process.

_OUTPUT_

The expected output is a publishable action and implementation plan
drawn from best practice in the area of suicide prevention, the review
of the existing action plan and the findings/recommendations from the
consultation process. It should be written in a style that is
accessible to a wide range of stakeholders and aligned with the
previous plan.

_TENDER REQUIREMENTS:_

Submissions must include the following:

* Curriculum vitae (including names of two referees)
* Background and relevant previous experience of the applicant
* Sample of similar work undertaken
* Proposed approach and methodology
* A detailed breakdown of projected costs and hours worked in
relation to every part of the process
* How the proposal represents value for money
* A copy of Tax Clearance and all relevant Insurance documents.
