Your new company is a leading Residential Service, based across
Leinster, that works primarily with people with Intellectual
Disabilities and other kinds of special needs. They acknowledge each
of their service users right to equality and consistently encourage
each individual?s participation in decision-making in their social
and home lives. They advocate on behalf of their service users and
assist them in achieving their full potential.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Your new role, as Temporary PIC, will involve a broad of duties and
responsibilities including managing, and creating staff rosters, and
generating all other reports as required. You will be responsible for
the day to day running of the house, ensuring staff are carrying out
all duties in line with the organisations policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Level 8
qualification in a relevant Social Care discipline. You will have
recent Social Care management experience, preferably within?the
intellectual disability industry. In addition to this, you will have a
full clean drivers? licence and be immediately available to start
your new role.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
You will gain valuable and transferable experience from a national
organisation, who value and encourage individuality. If successful in
your temporary 6 week assignment, there is potential that this role
will become permanent. In addition to this, you will work alongside an
established team of Social Care Workers and Volunteers and receive
excellent support from all members of staff.
