Research Specialist
The client is seeking a RESEARCH SPECIALIST to produce breakthrough
creatives and content that helps to inform its audiences. In order to
do this, you will conduct market research and analyze autonomously
qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition aiming at
increasing competitiveness. A technically skilled researcher that
understands the perspective of its customers and helps translate
audience insights into marketing strategy and execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Design and execute full-cycle quantitative and qualitative market
research studies to help broaden our understanding of key customers
and their complex needs, attitudes, and behaviors.
* Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market place and
consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and
presentations.
* Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover
prospective customers? preferences.
* Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional
methods to collect it.
* Perform a valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
* Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
* Use online market research and catalog findings to databases.
* Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on
the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
* Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties&#**Apply on
the website**; researches, and implement best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong experience creating and executing impactful and
well-defined quantitative and qualitative research projects from
beginning to end, including identifying relevant research questions,
constructing the appropriate research design/methodology, analyzing
the data, and reporting the results.
* Experience with using secondary data sources, publicly available
reports, and syndicated databases to generate strategic insights.
* Experience with research and data analysis tools.
* Familiarity with the legal and compliance considerations for data
management within a corporate (i.e., non-academic) setting.
* Precise attention to detail; proactive, can-do attitude.
* Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational
skills.
* Able to thrive in a fully remote setting.

NICE-TO-HAVES

* Experience with developing research on human resources, and/or
marketing and advertising are preferred.
* Experience with developing research for SEO and outreach is
preferred.
* Storytelling experience. Experience drafting inputs (i.e. frames,
positioning, messaging) and outputs (memos, creative briefs, decks).
