CLINICAL PROGRAMME MANAGER

YOUR NEW COMPANY

Your new organisation is a highly-regarded Not for Profit organisation
that facilitates clients coming from the Probation Service into
Specialist Preventative Service Programmes. They are based in Dublin
and Cork and have a highly established multidisciplinary team who work
across the various successful programmes. There are training supports,
residential care and three specialised prevention programmes in this
organisation. The programmes provide various approaches to support the
safe integration of this client group back into the community.

YOUR NEW ROLE

In your new role, your key responsibility is to manage the three
prevention services so that the most benefit is afforded to the client
where the most appropriate intervention is provided. You will be
responsible for a team of about **Apply on the website**
multidisciplinary professionals that work extremely well together. You
will work closely with the CEO on service delivery, case management,
development and growth of the services, internal and external
stakeholder management and policy development.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

You must be an experienced manager who has managed multidisciplinary
teams. You will have either a Social Worker or a Psychological
qualification, ideally level 9. It is desired that you will have
worked with the Probation Services or similar client base previously.
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, with
proven experience of excellent communication skills and a developer of
people.
