Manage the overall project modelling techniques and discipline
specific BIM output through all delivery stages of the project
Responsibilities:
* Reviews models for adherence to project
* Oversee the application of BIM technologies and ensures that the
model adheres to all internal and client specific goals and standards.
* Oversee the development of the content of a specific Model Element
to the Level of Detail listed for a particular phase of the Project.
* Assist all team members in BIM processes at all stages of the
project.
* Lead Coordination Meetings
* Space management across sites
* 3D modelling of Electrical, Mechanical & Structural services
* Site Surveying
Requirements:
* Bachelor&#**Apply on the website**;s Degree in Mechanical,
Electrical or Civil Engineering
* **Apply on the website** year&#**Apply on the website**;s industry
experience in a high-tech environment, preferably semi-conductors
* 5+ years&#**Apply on the website**; experience in a leading or
managerial role
* Project organization and planning skills
* Fundamental BIM software skills
* Familiarity with BIM Concepts and uses on a project
* Familiar with Navisworks Model Management and Clash Detection
* Experience with Revit, AutoCad 2D & 3D, Solidworks BIM Manager
