Government, Politics & Advocacy Regional Lead EMEA
Facebook is seeking an experienced leader to lead a team of GPA
Partner Managers in Northern and Central Europe (two of the four
regions part of the EMEA GPA Team) serving as critical partners to
government, politics, and advocacy clients who use our commercial
products to make the world more open and connected.

Regional Lead EMEA ? Northern & Central Europe Responsibilities
Manage, communicate and enforce guiding principles and best practices
of service model for engaging with Government, Politics and Advocacy
clients across team in multiple European countries/regions Partner
with regional XFN partners (eg Creative Shop, Measurement, Marketing
Science, Policy) to ensure consistency across countries and proper
service type and level is provided to clients Identify and communicate
opportunities and risks for clients across local XFN leadership and to
EMEA Vertical Lead Oversee team of Partner Managers across multiple
countries responsible for building and maintaining relationships with
key clients (candidates, PACs, agencies etc.), builds trust and
credibility of Facebook and its products Lead and educate team to
demonstrate value of Facebook products as a key driver for civic
engagement, inform partners of new processes and products and provide
FB best practices specific to G/P/A Serve as point of escalation for
issues that arise across region(s) with respect to clients, ensuring
swift resolution of issues and escalating to proper channels Help
manage internal operations by integrating services and aligning
service levels with partner teams (i.e. client concierge, policy
partners, leadership) Attend/present at events to represent FB
Advertising solutions as needed Support EMEA Vertical lead by serving
as external product consultant to educate clients and agencies where
needed Build, train, maintain a high performing team Build and
maintain close relationships with Country Directors, as well as Policy
leaders, in your region Minimum Qualifications 7+ Years experience
managing a team in a client facing role, across multiple locations 5+
Years experience partnering with or working with Government Entities,
Political or Advocacy Organizations (in an advertising environment) 5+
Years experience working on digital media platforms, advertising
metrics and industry trends Experience influencing and proven ability
to forge relationships with government, political or advocacy clients
at the leadership level Experience working with cross functional teams
with the ability to influence executive stakeholders Experience
leading matrix/dual reporting teams, projects or organizations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to perform
well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment Ability to travel
regionally as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience working
in/across multiple countries and/or political structures
