YOUR NEW ROLE
Your new role, as Team Leader, will involve a broad of duties and
responsibilities including supporting residents in their home life,
day activity and social interaction. Some of the residents live in
their own apartments, where you will assist in providing full
one-to-one support in their daily needs. You will be responsible for
maintaining HIQA standards, staff rotas, shift co-ordination and
assist with audits.
WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent and
relevant experience in intellectual disability, at least 4 years, in a
Social Care setting, preferably working with individuals with
intellectual disabilities.
In addition to this, you should have a Level 8 qualification in
Disability Studies or Social Care, or relevant discipline. You will be
open to working various shift patterns in a Residential Setting, and
have a full, clean driving licence.
