A multi-national company in central Dublin are looking to hire a VOIP
Engineer for their expanding time in Dublin. You are required to be
located in Ireland for this role, and will be working remotely for the
foreseeable.

be reporting directly to the CTO.
About your role as VoIP Engineer
You will be working with network and software systems in restoring
services and uncovering system issues, contributing to developing and
maintaining the system infrastructure
You will be responsible for identifying issues that may occur for
customers, and troubleshooting network outages and degradations
You will also identify software and hardware issues, and report these
to the relevant department and colleagues to resolve
As VOIP engineer, you will collaborate with the systems team on
day-to-day operations
You will also assist on third level technical support as required and
SIP trace assessmentYour Background as VoIP Engineer
BSc in Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent
Over 5 year&#**Apply on the website**;s experience within VOIP and
network
Proven network experience - e.g TCP/IP and LAN/WAN architecture
Previous experience working with VoIP
Ruby, python or perl experience
Previous experience working with VMware, firewalls and CISCO routers
