* Own and lead the global customer operations function spanning from
solution design to delivery and support
* Design and build out the client services resources and activities,
systems and processes, implementation, improvements and efficiency,
goals and overall performance
* Work effectively with the executive-level management team in the
development of performance goals and long-term customer operation
plans and strategy
* Establish and manage vendor relationships with both hardware and
service providers
* Assist in the creation of the customer data quality monitoring
capability for their enterprise solution
* Cultivate a culture of curiosity, innovation and excellence while
continuously elevating the quality and calibre of people, process, and
service

* You will have at least 5+ years&#**Apply on the website**;
experience leading teams focused on the customer journey from delivery
through to support
* Ideally coming from a high-tech product environment that
encompasses both hardware and software for international markets
* Experience in building and leading a product support function with
a global client base
* Demonstrated experience in developing business processes,
Leadership of a delivery organisation including hiring, budgeting,
and/or overseeing business office operations
* A distinct advantage will be having worked in a satrtup/rapidly
scaling SME company and proven track record in building new services
organisation for multiple enterprise deployments
