Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Our client, a leading provider of home & establishment care, is now
looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to look
after the end to end recruitment of the business.

Duties (to include but not limited to);

? Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring
requirements.

? Directing sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and
future hiring demands.

? Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to
on-boarding.

? Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques,
interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers

? Headhunting, resourcing, and attracting candidates to relative
positions.

? Meet and achieve given KPI&#**Apply on the website**;s on a
consistent basis.

? Coach and guide your candidates from start to finish of the
recruitment process.

? Provide first-class Client Relationship Management.

? Develop successful and lasting business relationships with both
clients and candidates.

? Business Development of new roles from new and existing accounts.

Key Activities:

? Co-ordination of appointments via in-house bookings software

? Screening and interviewing potential candidates in person and over
the phone

? Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in line with
company and legislative requirements

? Business development

? Building relationships

? Consistent achievement of agreed targets and KPIs

? Candidate and client satisfaction

? Other duties as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications;

? Resilient and able to work under pressure

? Professional attitude

? Excellent communication skills

? Team player

? Organised and self-motivated

? Customer-focused

? Track record of achieving KPI&#**Apply on the website**;s

? Must have at least 1 years&#**Apply on the website**; experience in
Recruitment.

? Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
along with a confident and courteous phone manner.

? Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
