RELIEF SOCIAL CARE WORKER

YOUR NEW COMPANY

Your new company is a National Children?s and Adults Residential
Service, based primarily in the Dublin and Meath area. This growing
organization provides residential service for a variety of service
users including children and adolescents who are in the care of the
state and may be experiencing emotional, behavioral or family
problems, as well as service for Adults with Intellectual Disability.

Most of the service users have a variety of complex needs, however
your new company enables positive and identifiable change, for the
children, young people, adults and families who use their service and
believe in building secure futures for each of their service users.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role as Relief Social Care Worker will involve a broad range
of duties including, acting as a role model for the service users,
promoting independent living, and assisting them in achieving their
full potential. In addition to this, you will build a positive and
trustworthy relationship with each service users, identify supports
and work in partnership with the children, their family and other
external supports to lead them in fulfilling their end goal.

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED

As a successful applicant to your new role, you will be qualified to
Level 7/8 in Social Care, or other relevant discipline, your
qualification must also be verified by the college institution. In
addition to this, you will be immediately available to commence your
new relief role and will be open to varies shift patterns. You will
have recent and relevant experience as either a Social care Worker or
Support Worker.

WHAT YOU?LL GET IN RETURN

In return, you will receive an hourly rate of ?**Apply on the
website**.**Apply on the website** on Monday to Saturday and
?**Apply on the website** an hour for Sundays. You will gain
experience from a leading Residential Service, who believe in the
growth and development of their staff. They provide structured support
services, ranging from team debriefs and regular supervision through
to scheduled sessions with their Consultant Psychotherapists and
reflection days. You will receive excellent onsite training, this
starts with comprehensive advance training, is continued through into
their Induction and Buddy programme and on into the regular tailored
training modules throughout each staff members career.
