A YOUNG DYNAMIC MAN IN HIS MID-TWENTIES IS LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL
SUPPORT WORKER, TO WORK ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS, PART TIME, WITH IN HIS
LOCAL COMMUNITY.
The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humour, be energetic,
creative community connector and up for a challenge. Ideally, the
candidate will have good spoken English and an excellent local
knowledge of the Kildare area.
Working as part of a small team, the ideal candidate will be actively
involved in the implementation of this young man?s individualised
plan. The job will involve working towards creating opportunities with
this young man, with the vision of enhancing his right to select and
determine his work options. Independence and social skills development
will be part of the job description, in order to broaden this young
man?s social outlets and networking with his peers in his local
community.
The candidate will need to be prepared to work flexible hours (real
