Third Party Compliance Risk Analyst - Ethics & Compliance
Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for implementing compliance?s third party
risk assessments and ongoing monitoring. You will also deliver on
third party program enhancement projects that globally impact how we
operate. As a member of Ethics & Compliance, you&#**Apply on the
website**;ll promote our culture of integrity and champion broader
compliance initiatives.

HOW YOU?LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

* Execution of global third party compliance due diligence and
screening
* Advise teams on external requests regarding our Compliance program
* Measure program effectiveness and identify improvement
opportunities - drive appropriate mitigations and enhancements
* Maintain third party compliance risk management documents
* Develop actionable reporting, SLAs and KPIs
* Monitor external regulatory requirements regarding third party
compliance risk management

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience. Professional third
party risk management and / or compliance certification preferred.
* Minimum 2 years in third party risk management, audit, compliance
or procurement that demonstrates an understanding of risk management
practices and lifecycles.
* Ability to drive process consistency to ensure outcomes are
effective and impactful.
* Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple
workflows and projects simultaneously, with desire for action and
execution.
* Proven experience in collaborating and influencing colleagues
without formal authority to adopt improvements and make changes to
status quo.
