Position: ?Clerical Officer - Sligo

Officer to join a busy team in Sligo.
The Role:
* Provide administrative support to all aspects of the process:
* Monitor relevant information submitted by beneficiaries, notifying
errors or omissions to appropriate team members, and ensuring receipt
and follow up as appropriate
* Ensure the efficient logging and tracking of all submissions and
supporting information as outlined in the guidelines provided;
* Data entry, maintenance and data quality checking;
* Upload information in an efficient & effective manner to a number of
administrative systems such as CRM and Sharepoint;
* Support the collation and response to internal/external queries and
information requests;
* Highlight any issues that may arise during relevant processes;
* Any other duties that may be assigned within the general
requirements of the role as appropriate for the grade.
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Professional IT skills (Microsoft excel, word, outlook and
PowerPoint)
* Good data entry and work processing skills
* Immediately available
This is a full time temporary position with an immediate start
