Boden Group are working with one of the world?s largest Facilities
Management companies, who are looking to add a Hard Service Manager to
their team. Based on a biopharmaceutical client site in South County
Dublin, you will be managing all hard services across the site
including mechanical, electrical, fabric, security, moves and projects
management.

Our client are looking for customer-focused individuals who can work
to a high standard in a fast-paced workplace. If this sounds like you,

Please note applicants will need to have prior experience managing
hard services in a GMP environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing all hard service staff on site including third party
vendors
* Ensuring the services delivered by staff meet the clients?
expectations, fulfilling all necessary KPIs and service level
agreement
* Implementing all Health & Safety legislation and making sure all
staff adhere to these standards
* Creating and implementing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
schedules and job plans
* Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance using the
computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
* Managing monthly and annual hard service budgets as well as client
spend
* Identifying business opportunities to expand services delivered to
the client
* Building strong relationships with the client and Senior
Leadership Team

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
* Trade qualification or relevant degree in a technical discipline
(mechanical, electrical, chemical or related)
* Strong experience on a pharmaceutical manufacturing/GMP site
* A track record of hard service management within the Facilities
Management industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo would be an advantage
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
* Motivated and able to make decisions under pressure
