JOB DESCRIPTION

CONTENT REVIEW ASSOCIATE ( LEGALSUPPORT)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

The team is looking for an intelligent,resourceful, detail-oriented
candidate for a legal process support role. Theperson will be
responsible for reviewing content on the internet to make sureit does
not violate client policies or legal regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Processand review content that has been flagged for review of
potentially sensitivecontent

?Processand analyze complex legal removal requests efficiently and
accurately forinternational complaints according to client guidelines
and procedures

?Validate,investigate and respond to inquiries of an urgent or
sensitive nature withinestablished guidelines. This includes
coordinating with client subject matterexperts to respond to or
support in the response to inquiries and/orescalations which may
include but not limited to external third parties, Clientor Accenture.

?Complywith all client published policies and procedures and any
legal and regulatoryrequirements that the company is obliged to adhere
to

?Assignedand accountable for workable solutions and processes within
specific area ofresponsibility.

?Demonstratesspeed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving
skills in their work andan ability to ramp up quickly

?Receivefeedback and apply learnings quickly in a changing
environment.

?Escalatesissues and questionable removals to Operations Manager or
client Point ofContact as appropriate

?Addressesmost non-routine issues

?Ensuresall work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.

?Responsiblefor activities assigned by the Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

?Minimum**Apply on the website**years customer service experience
ina professional work environment

?Consistenthigh quality performance at or above target

?Fluentin English and one of the foreign language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

?Previouslegal experience/studies or experience with legal processes

?Previouscontent review experience

?Goodknowledge of social media, associated technologies and online
trends

PROFESSIONAL SKILLREQUIREMENTS:

?Results& detail oriented

?Strongwritten and verbal communication skills

?Exceptionalinterpersonal skills and a commitment to professionalism

?Cancritically assess content strictly against client guidelines
