recruit an experienced Senior Engineer to be based in the South Dublin
/ Wicklow. You will be will be working on a residential site of
**Apply on the website** High end units.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 yrs experience be
experienced in Design and Build Construction in the following
packages:
RC Frame
Foundations
Earthworks
Drainage
Concrete slabs
All site development works
Main Responsibilities:
Checking plans, drawings and supervision of setting out co -
ordination;
Calling off reinforcement and ordering rebar from schedules;
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners,
quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
Overseeing quality control and the implementation of the companies of
health & safety policy on site;
Preparing reports as required for senior site manager & project
manager;
Pro - active approach to resolving any unexpected technical
difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Measurement and procurement of all materials for external works
Supervision of sub-contractors
Liaising with structural engineer and architect on design
All quality control from drainage testing to checking reinforcement
