The Crann Support Group are currently recruiting a cook to join their
team of cooks in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the
kitchen and to be responsible for the preparation and cooking of a
well-balanced and nutritious children's menu for mornings snacks,
dinner and afternoon snack.
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Be passionate about food & cooking
* Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Will be a team player and take direction well
* Will ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen
* Will ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed
* Will ensure the restaurant kitchen operate efficiently and
effectively
* Provide the children with excellent quality food and service
* Be able to work on own initiative
* Will ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the
appropriate agreed standard
The successful candidate must? hold a valid certificate FoodHygiene
/HACCP for Food Handlers.? Experience an advantage.
