Chrysalis Community Drug Project CLG wish to recruit for the following
position:-

TEAM LEADER PART TIME POSITION ? 6 MONTH CONTRACT

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of
Chrysalis services.? This person will assist the manager to promote
and develop the services provided by Chrysalis, focusing on supporting
those experiencing homelessness in the NEIC area.? They will also
provide support and guidance to the team members.? They will ensure
that the needs of our client are efficiently and effectively met
enabling them to move through the recovery process. ?This position
will be based in the Inclusion Health Hub, Summerhill, Dublin 1
initially.

This position is a Part time position after completing an initial 2
month probation period, verification of references.

The professional qualifications and experience required are as
follows:-

* A Third level qualification in the field of addiction,
rehabilitation, social care and/or equivalent
* Experience of working within a Community based
addiction/rehabilitation service would be necessary
* Experience in relevant Team Leader role
* Good knowledge and experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team
* The successful candidate must to able to clearly demonstrate
leadership skills, excellent communication and listening skills.
* Experience in creating and rolling out organisational work plans
* Supervise care plans set out for clients in conjunction with the
staff members.
* The candidate will be required to supervise all referrals to
Chrysalis in a professional objective manner
* The Team Leader must have excellent I.T. skills and ensure that
all records, policies and procedures and its clients are kept in line
with GDPR and good practice guidelines.? They will have an excellent
knowledge of boundaries and confidentiality.? Experience in ECASS
would be an advantage.
* The candidate must be able to demonstrate skills in managing
crisis situation and adapt quickly to changes where needed
* The candidate must have a good knowledge of the current National

* The team leader will attend managerial and team meetings and will
prepare weekly report for the manager in relation to all activities
relating to services and the team and monthly board report for Board
of Management.
