Advisor who can join this very successful team, and to be a success
you will have to have at least 2 years main dealership experience and
be able to deliver an exceptional service to customers.
Key Tasks Will Include:
* Communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems, insurance
questions, and warranty issues.
* Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure their
return.
* Applying extensive knowledge of products and services to advise
customers and answer questions.
* Keep customer updated on vehicle status and ensure the vehicle is
ready to the highest standard and on time for the customer.
* Liaising with Technicians and Parts Department to ensure the correct
parts are available when necessary.
* Process customer payments.
About the Person
* Previous experience within a main dealership
* A positive attitude and outgoing nature.
* Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with
customers.
* You must hold a full UK driving licence.
