profit Community Radio Stations in Ireland.
Its programming is based on community access and participation,
reflecting the interests of its Dublin **Apply on the website**

website**) based in the Blanchardstown Town Centre.
There is a wide variety in programming content including arts, sports,
news and current affairs, local history, religious topics, specialist
music, theatre, and emerging local bands.
We are seeking an operations manager who is responsible for the
successful running of the station through excellent planning,
organising, co-ordinating and managing the work and resources of

report to the Chair under the general direction of the Board of
Management.
In addition to good management skills, the position calls for someone
with a mature and positive outlook, highly developed interpersonal
skills, excellent administrative and financial skills, and a good
level of computer literacy.
The successful candidate will have a particular interest in community
development and the place of radio in the community. He/she will
ideally have a third level qualification in management, community
development, broadcasting, media, journalism, marketing or similar
with around 2 years? experience in a broadly similar role.
