and Supplies Industry? Are you looking for your next move? If you love

Our client, a leading Home Improvement/Building Supplies Retailer in
County Limerick is looking for a Trade Counter Sales Person to deal
with day to day customer sales enquiries whilst maintaining excellent
standards of customer care.
Duties of the role:
* Provide a high quality and friendly service whilst optimising sales
* Be principal liaison with on the road Sales Representative
* Working with customers to offer advice and solutions to any queries
they may have
* Responding to sales queries over the phone & over the counter
* Providing Quotations & follow up
* Liase with yard in relation to deliveries and stock
* Ensure margins are maintained
* Ensure that there is link through with other staff on pricing
* Offer product knowledge to customers to help with their purchasing
* Upselling where possible
You will need:
* Experience selling within the hardware supplies/home improvement
supplies store
* Product knowledge of hardware/homeware supplies
* You will need to be enthusiastic and a driven individual
* Have a passion for sales
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
