Role Overview:

Reporting to the Manager - Operations Transformation, this role will
be pivotal in delivering a number of key strategic projects, with
primary focus on optimising staff distribution based on business
requirements whilst ensuring capability to meet KPIs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
DRIVE FORECASTING MODELS AND ANALYTICS TO SUPPORT THE BUSINESS
FUNCTIONS IN ENSURING ADEQUATE RESOURCES ARE IN PLACE TO MEET DEMAND
COLLABORATE WITH THE WIDER BUSINESS TO ASSESS THE IMPACT OF NEW
INITIATIVES ON RESOURCE AVAILABILITY AND DEMAND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
MONTHLY PLANNING EXERCISES TO PROACTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH SENIOR
MANAGEMENT ON FUTURE SCHEDULING, AND ALSO COMMUNICATING CLEARLY
PERFORMANCE IN PREVIOUS PERIODS WITH KPIS OVERSEE THE PREPARATION OF
FORECASTS, CAPACITY PLANS AND SCHEDULES FOR BACK-OFFICE AND
FRONT-OFFICE TEAMS ENSURING IT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF EACH
DEPARTMENT AND ENABLES DELIVERY OF KPIS COORDINATE YEARLY, MONTHLY AND
AD-HOC HEADCOUNT ALIGNMENT EXERCISES WITH OPERATIONS, HUMAN RESOURCES
AND FINANCE TO ENSURE FULL ALIGNMENT ACROSS THE BUSINESS LEAD AND
DEVELOP TEAM OF DIRECT REPORTS TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY INPUTS TO THE
ORGANIZATION AND CONSISTENTLY DELIVER HIGH PERFORMANCE BE ACCOUNTABLE
AND TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR DELIVERABLES WITHIN THE OVERALL PROGRAMME, AND
HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREPARE STRONG RECOMMENDATION AND PROPOSAL PAPERS
FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT BE ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY
COMMUNICATE WITH AND LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TOWARDS DELIVERY
DEVELOP REPORTING FOR USE BY SENIOR MANAGEMENT WHICH HIGHLIGHTS
ACHIEVEMENT, DELIVERABLES, AND ISSUES, FOSTERING STRONG WORKING
RELATIONSHIP WITH BUSINESS SPONSORS, KEY STAKEHOLDERS, DEVELOPMENT,
BUSINESS ANALYSIS & TESTING TEAMS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 YEARS` EXPERIENCE IN A WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT ROLE IN A FAST PACED
CLIENT-DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT DEMONSTRABLE ABILITY TO LEAD AND DEVELOP
TEAMS DEMONSTRABLE ABILITY TO GATHER, INTERPRET AND EVALUATE
REQUIREMENTS AND TRANSLATE THEM INTO OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS TRACK
RECORD OF PROJECT DELIVERY, DEMONSTRATING OWNERSHIP FOR KEY PROJECTS
PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) FLUENCY IN WRITTEN
AND SPOKEN ENGLISH FLUENCY IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE INSURANCE/FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY DESIRABLE.
