Proman is looking for highly motivated team players who want to
support Amazon?s world class customer service and who will work
hours to match customers? needs. You and your teammates will be
responsible for resolving a wide variety of customer issues and
educating them to resolve issues themselves.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Proman employee at Amazon, you will act as the first point of
contact for Amazon customers by answering their queries through phone,
chat or email. You will support customers with their orders, product
queries, payment issues, account updates, website education or
problems they may be having. If you are a people person and can
deliver great customer service, this role is for you. No previous
contact centre experience necessary.
To set you up for success in this role, Amazon will provide you with 3
weeks of interactive online training. Your training will blend both
group and individual activities, allowing you to learn with your new
team and develop your skills to provide award winning customer
service.
WHAT WILL YOUR WORKING WEEKS LOOK LIKE?
During the 3 week training period you will be required to work **Apply
on the website** hours per week. As this training is imperative for
setting you up for assisting Amazon?s customers, no holidays can be
taken during this time. Your training period will include a mix of
trainer led class sessions on a Saturday and Sunday, moving to a
self-directed model during the week aligning to your selected
preference.
In order match our customer demand, Amazon schedule based on a variety
of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 6am and
**Apply on the website**pm Sunday to Saturday. Your weekend hours will
be fixed for an 8 hour shift on a Saturday and an 8 hour shift on a
Sunday as your **Apply on the website** base hours. Then you will be
able to choose a late or early option for weekdays where an additional
shift can be scheduled based on customer demand. If you choose the
early option, you can be scheduled for a 4 hour morning shift (**Apply

on the website**). If you choose the late option, you can be scheduled

be notified of any increase to your scheduled hours at least 7 days in

As our customer demand changes frequently, there will be the option to

October, and for the Christmas period of late November to late
December (holidays cannot be taken during these times unless there are
exceptional circumstances).
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
You need to provide a quiet, distraction free work space within a
dedicated room. You will need to have an ergonomic chair and desk.
From a technical perspective, you would need to have a minimum

8MB upload speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no
WiFi). Amazon will provide you with a complete equipment package ahead
of your first day of training.
You have the right to work in Ireland.
You have fluent English with excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal.
You are technology savvy with an ability to diagnose and fix basic
connectivity problems.
