As the Director of Solution Practices in EMEA, you will build, lead,
and develop a team of Practice Leads aligned with the Engineering
Managers of each solution area. You will bring your experience and
thought leadership to help create a vision and set a go-to-market
strategy for EMEA of all products and technical solutions.

You?ll oversee the investment, pipeline and development of new
solution initiatives to ensure market traction. In collaboration with
a broad cross-functional group of stakeholders, including Product
Engineering, Marketing, Solutions Management and Sales teams, you will
define a go-to-market strategy for all product and technical solutions
to meet the adoption and growth goals at Google Cloud.

You will showcase thought leadership by identifying and parsing
industry trends in cloud computing as well as customer and customer
engineering feedback to recommend, plan for, and address core market
opportunities with new security solutions. You will ensure technical
and commercial readiness of these solutions, including assets to
enable the go-to-market teams, and provide field feedback to the
Product and Engineering teams to help shape product direction.
Finally, you will set KPI and measurements for solutions adoption, and
recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

portfolio of solutions.
* Drive and support sales execution across the complete portfolio of
solutions.
* Partner closely with Engineering directors, Product leaders, Sales
strategy, and executive leadership to ensure solutions alignment with
engineering, product priorities, and go-to-market priorities.
* Accelerate solutions learning and adoption by streamlining
processes, identifying and simplifying execution, managing objectives
key results (OKRs), and creating business assets such as successful
RFP responses/libraries.
* Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as
