The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced individual to head up our Onsite
Recruitment for a prestigious e-commerce business. You will have the
following skills and experiences?
Ideally you will have worked in a high volume hiring environment
Ideally you will have experience of recruiting for commercial roles
such as customer service or administration but other sectors will be
considered
You MUST be a proactive person who is willing to go the extra mile
You MUST have a positive can do attitude
You MUST be able to remain calm under pressure and have an analytical
mind that is able to present solutions to problems
You MUST be extremely well organised
You MUST be computer literate as the role will entail use of a variety
of systems
You MUST have excellent communication skills and be able to interact
with
people at all levels of the business
Ideally you will have a full driving licence
Onsite Recruitment Manager
The Role
As Onsite Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for heading up
the day to day operations of the site reporting directly in to the
customer on a day to day basis while managing your own team members.
The main duties and responsibilities will include?
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all Client
Decision Makers through planned individual account support and
liaison.
To effectively delegate, inspect, monitor and manage the core
functions of the team.
Set daily, weekly, monthly targets for the team members
Adherence to all Legislative, REC Code of Practice and ISO **Apply on
the website**: **Apply on the website** Quality Management System
Compliance,
Driving focus on continuous improvement on process, procedures and
service delivery.
Manage timesheet return and departmental liaison through to the
validation process by working to agreed timeframes.
Monitor performance of the temporary workers and escalate any issues
through the disciplinary procedures.
Carry out weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual review meetings with
the customer raising any issues and presenting KPI reports.
Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate and manage all staff reporting to
the position, to the core values and culture of PROMAN.
Manage bespoke integration and performance management processes and
procedures to the satisfaction of the client.
Ensuring that all candidates are correctly inputted and registered on
the time and attendance software (if required)
Manage any pay or invoice errors to satisfactory conclusion.
Work as part of a team advising, supporting, coaching and developing
less experienced staff
Maintain and share with colleagues, as appropriate, personal knowledge
of relevant recruitment legislation, immigration and REC Code of
Practice
Adhere to local and externally relevant health & safety laws, policies
and procedures. Understand personal level of responsibility for the
health and safety of self and others

quality assurance procedures and PROMAN Matchmaker Actions Reporting
System.
