The Company

Our client is the sole UK distributor for a portfolio of luxury and
aesthetic skincare brands. They pride themselves on the quality of

The Role

The Business Development Manager has general responsibilities for
selling, planning, organising and implementing all account management
activities related to the sale and distribution of the brand Portfolio
of Dermatology and Aesthetic Skincare and Devices. The BDM has high
accountability for achieving the territory sales targets and
objectives.

The Responsibilities

? Performing effective territory penetration to drive sales and
increase revenue growth among the existing and newly installed
customer base in all product groups.

? Providing training presentations and demonstrations to the
customer on application and use of the company&#**Apply on the
website**;s products using effective communication and sales
techniques including remotely via Zoom/Skype software.

? Educating the customer regarding the indications,
contraindications, and safety of brand products.

? Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional
training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and nationally.

? Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management
skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of
customer service.

? Developing and maintaining up-to-date account files via our CRM
systems

? Preparing sales quotes price and terms per company guidelines via
customer services

? Completing administrative responsibilities including quarterly
business plans, up-to-date account profiles, weekly expense reports,
and daily CRM updates.

? Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive
products.

? Developing and maintaining supportive productive and effective
relationships at all levels within the organisation.

? Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory
guidelines as an integral part of business operations.

? Maintain consistent communication regarding the territory with all
team members including Operations, Customer Services, Marketing, and
clinical co-workers.

? Maintain accurate forecasting against individual sales targets.

? Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the brand with a
high integrity, ethics, honesty loyalty, and professionalism.

? Support company goals and objectives, policies, procedures,
excellent Clinical Practices

The Person

? This position requires a minimum of Level 3 Therapist qualified by
a National Recognised Regulated Provider eg VTCT or Cidesco.

? Proven success selling into Aesthetics clinics, Beauty Salons,
Dentists and Pharmacies.

? Ideally relationships or knowledge of selling to Spa&#**Apply on
the website**;s.

? Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and
technical presentations to Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Management,
and/or large groups.

? Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes
and qualities of brand products using professional selling and closing
skills.
